On the second floor of Tonya Eden, a large old Japanese house planned as a disaster shelter, I imagined a small club called Loki's Bar.
Drinks: bourbon whiskey and Rémy Martin, poured strong.
Library: books on aesthetics, philosophy, architecture, robotics and AI, to read as you like.
Music: Italian opera, playing quietly.
Atmosphere: formal, yet you keep your own quiet time. Suits required for entry.
Gibier: bears often come down near Wagō and Yasuoka here in Anan, Nagano. In this dream, we hunt them and smoke the meat into fine bar snacks. Rather than be eaten by a bear, we eat the bear.

防災シェルターとして考えている大型古民家「とんやエデン」の2階に、Loki's Bar というクラブを考えてみました。
お酒：バーボンウイスキーとレミーマルタンを中心に、濃いめで。
図書館：美学・哲学・建築・ロボット工学・AIの本を自由に読めます。
音楽：イタリアオペラが静かに流れます。
雰囲気：フォーマルだけれど、自分だけの時間を保てる高級クラブ。入館にはスーツ着用が条件です。
ジビエ：阿南町の和合地区や泰阜地区によく出るクマを狩猟し、燻製にして高級おつまみに。クマに食われるより、クマを食う。
